----
I guess I can't do without this... hopefully this shall remind me of the works I should do or then serve as a source of inspiration.
To Draw:
- Colouring the MAF-Lineart (I by the way changed the lines a little, just so that Farrvaarh got a new hairstyle. Don't worry her long hair isn't going anywhere it just got... tied up a bit. )
- Collab lines for queenofeagles (sketching)
- Finish this beastie:
- Pokémon Sun and Moon fan art (sketching)
To Do:
- Hiiden Hirven hiihto!:
www.sommelo.fi/tapahtumat/hiid…
- Get Chapter 1 organized. (This one's a nasty beast, too wild to settle down just like that)
Personal writing goal: Write every day (school/exercise issues get forgiven)
- Make ref sheet of sheepli
- Make a pencil drawing of Farrvaarh
- Make a map of my story world (sketching)
- Decide the real number of POVs (I'm drawing between 7 and 8, a hard choise)
- Draw each POV character at least once (Mainly this means: draw Shahrndahr)
- Make a reference/info thingy about my OCs
- get some black paper
- Complete the reading pile: (which is bigger than that in the photo)...pfft this will never happen! XD New books appear all the time.
- read all the Fruits Basket mangas
- Beat all Zelda games I own. Don't we all gamers want that? (Have beaten 10 out of 16, only The Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past, The Oracle Series, Link's Awakening... Twilight Princess HD to go. XD)
Also have Pokémon Sun and Moon but not going to count them here. (Can't tell how far I'm in the story.)

How do you calm yourself? Relax for sleep?
A theme I've been learning recently, for my (nightly) panic attack background also. It's been a lot of work but the process' given me many useful tools/techniques, I want to share, in case you'd benefit from them too! :meow: Besides, in the stressful times, it's the crucial knowing how to slow down, how to truly relax. But unlike even my parents, the how to, has never been obvious for me. I've had to learn this stuff over the recent years, first becoming aware of my own stress and acknowledging the panic reactions are there (began noticing them turning to my twenties) and slowly starting to understand why they even occur. And also, understanding there's nothing wrong with me or you. It's a natural protection mechanism in the human nervous system trying to ensure safety, and any types of fear reaction is tied to the past experiences. But we can always improve this. And learn to tell our body to slow down, calm down. And convince the mind, also. It's safe. I am safe. :) This
Guys, if you're into changing your beliefs...
And calming your stress, fight-or-flight modes... There's this cool tapping summit, ongoing, with free videos unlocking each days on different topics! https://www.thetappingsolution.com/2024tws/reg/tws-site/new-access.php?utm_source=tws_domain (requires signing up by email.) There's also event schedule on the topics. :) If you're into eft-tapping, or curious what that is - I highly recommend!! :la: It's one fast and most effective ways to also hack and calm your nervous system by doing simple things, that though may look bit silly, are powerful and can make very impactful changes. The host is Jessica Ortner, the one that did the tapping on Jim Kwik's event, on "it's safe to make mistakes/it's ok to fail" that even on the first try, left a significant impact of improvement on me. Today's topic (5th March) is on procrastination and self sabotage, of not taking action when you feel like, and why we're not doing what we want to be doing. (I'm kind of recording
Kyuudou Uptade: release practise, string struggles
:phew: Been quite a while from last update. Also, hello to the new watchers, in case you didn't know, this is my new hobby I started at the 2023 autumn. :) So, last time I wrote, we weren't able to release. A bit after that, the practise improved to that we actually got to get the feel of release, first time at the last training session of the year 2023, literally New Years's Eve. :XD: Yup, and I didn't skip training sessions even once that year! :w00t: Still, not the full release, because your left hand must turn enough in the release, for it to be safe. So we practised till the aiming and full draw, then drew back and then at a lower height drew the string back a bit, and let go on the net at the wall. So this way, apparently, the beginners are able to practise release safely, even if the hand didn't turn first. For me it barely does, still. And my 6 years' Western Archery traits are still kicking in on some parts, like how I tend to hold the bow - the instructor catches me
FINALLY! The Owner's Manual to Your Brain
The Christmas gift to myself! Yess! :happybounce: You've no idea how impatiently I awaited that "your order has arrived" message, for like 2 weeks. ^^; But now it's here, the best gift I can afford to myself this holiday season! I'm not very far, just read 53 pages in 2 days (got it yesterday), I'm not speed-reader (yet) though some of it is more familiar as I've been following Jim for some time, and I just never have had such a passionate, caring, big-on-purpose-brain coach, as Jim is. If you dive into his brain C.O.D.E animal test, you'll understand why he's such a clear compassionate Elephant. Also, being in the book club and this, among Dr. Amen's book "Change Your Brain, Change Your Life: The Breakthrough Program for Conquering Anxiety, Depression, Obsessiveness, Anger, and Impulsiveness" is the reason why I joined too! (In case you follow me on instagram, that's where those brain health books keep coming. ;) As the idea of Jim's book club is to have
