Spirit Zelda

My first completed pixel art EVER!   I'm pretty proud of it. ^^
Watching my friend doing pixel art made me want to try it by myself. When I started I knew almost nothing about pixels. I had only seen few tutorials and others great pixel works. I found that pixels are pretty nice. They're simple and great for making symmetric stuff, because you can simply calculate the lengths. However, some things - for example Zelda's tiara - can be quite painful to draw.
 
Why Spirit Tracks Zelda? Because it was a lot easier practice for a beginner digital artist like me. At first I tried to make Hilda but it turned out so badly that I went with this.
Maybe you already noticed I changed my avatar. I think I'll keep this one as long as I get bored to it.
I'm hoping to make it as an animation one day...

EDIT: So I edited it a bit, because some shadows looked weird. It has come a long way as you can see if you compare these pics to the current one: Pixels are fun, I'll might do more of them in the futue! ^^

Time: You've no idea how much time this teeny teeny image takes.
Program used: Gimp 2.8. Yeah, practicing Gimp, which is still horrible program in my eyes.
Used: This and this tutorial just to get to know how to make round things with pixels.
